Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns & exchanges on all orders completely for free, for up to 30 days from the time your order was made.
That is under the condition that the items you've ordered were not used or damaged in any way or form and have their tag still attached to them.
If for some reason a damaged item arrives at our warehouse, we won't be able to exchange or refund it.

All you'll need to do is access our Returns & Exchanges portal which is located at the bottom of our website.
There you'll need to log in your order number, as well as the email that you've used to make the specific order.
There you'll have the option to decide if you want to return an item or exchange it, and also the method of return.
After that, you just wait for our follow-up email to move forward with the action.
Once your order has been successfully received and processed by our warehouse team, please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange item(s) or refund to be issued. (Please note that orders are only shipped out Sunday-Thursday).
Refunds are allocated back to your original form of payment used for purchase.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. When processing an exchange an item can only be exchanged for a new size of the same style shirt, a different style or color shirt cannot be selected for an exchange. Exchanges are also only possible for a size update of the same item. If you would like a different style of shirt you will need to return your item and purchase the updated style in a new order.
FINAL SALE items are “FINAL SALE” and therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that Gift Card purchases are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

We do offer a free option for returns & exchanges in our drop point in Tel Aviv.
If you decide to return your item to our warehouse using a courier or Israel Post, you'll have to cover the cost of the shipping.
If you haven't submitted a request to return or exchange your item(s) in the 14 days after your order arrives, unfortunately, we won't be able to accept your items back.
You can still reach out to our Customer support Team and they would be happy to help provide options, if applicable.

Lukachari customers get free shipping on all orders over 80$.
Orders below that amount qualify for our flat rate of 10$ for any order domestically.
We offer fast shipping on all orders. We guarantee delivery within 5 business days from your order, but in most cases, your order will arrive sooner than that.

For sizing we recommend using our Find My Fit tool in order to select your perfect size.
You can find this tool under the color selection and above the size indicators for the specific item you are looking at.

Our signature fit is a fitted look on the body. Our signature fit shirts, for example, will be slimmer around your chest, shoulders, and arms, yet more relaxed at the stomach, hips, and waist area.

Promotions & Sales
Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other Promotions or Sales. Promotional codes are not applicable to gift cards. Promotional codes cannot be stacked.

Discounts cannot retroactively apply to previous orders. Discount only applicable to orders placed within the timeframe of the sale.
Unfortunately not. Only one promo and/or discount code can be applied to an individual order, no exceptions.
Promo and discount codes are one-time use only and if the items in an order where a discount or promo code was used are returned or canceled the code cannot be applied to a new order; the code is forfeited.
Promo and discount codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.
For promotions that have a specified order minimum, the order's subtotal must meet the minimum amount.
Orders & General
You cannot change or cancel an order after it has been placed. Once an order has been placed it cannot be updated. As soon as you place your order it is immediately locked into our processing system which allows us to get your new items sent out to you right away.
The following are examples of order updates that cannot be updated after an order has been placed.
Shipping address, Billing address, Shipping method, Size, Item color, Item Style, Number of items in order, Order cannot be cancelled
