30-Day Return and Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. To provide you with the best service, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, starting from the date you received your order.

If you wish to return an item, it must meet the following criteria:
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please send us an email to including your order number, items you want to return and the reason of the return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns will be charged a $7.95 re-stocking fee.
Returns for store credit will not have re-stocking fee's.

We encourage you to consider an exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. The exchange process is straightforward:
To initiate an exchange, please send us an email to including your order number, items you want to return, the reason of the return and the items you want to receive instead.
Your new items will be delivered upon confirming that the returned items meet the required condition.
First exchange is free for all orders.
Damages and Issues:
We take great care in packaging and delivering your items. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will promptly address the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Please be aware that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items include "FINAL SALE" products and Gift Card purchases.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same criteria apply to these returns as mentioned earlier.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
